How do I book an appointment?
Most of our appointments are booked online via our “Book Now” link below. It has our real-time availability, and easily allows you to book, cancel, or reschedule your appointment. Please note that we can often be completely booked out a couple of weeks; even further for evening or weekend appointments, so please try to plan in advance. If you have questions, feel free to call or email us.

For Waxing/Threading appointments- we ask that you please look over all of your current medications, vitamins, and skincare. Ingredients such as Retinol, Hydroquinone, Acids, etc will effect the strength of your skin and will need to be discussed before doing any hair removal.

Do you take walk-ins?
No, all services are by appointment only.

What is the Late Arrival Policy?
Please understand that all appointments are booked back to back, so if you are 10 or more minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule or wait for the next available appointment time. This is to ensure that all clients are being respected and that your service does not run into the next client's appointment time.

What is the Cancellation Policy?
-All NON-Permanent Makeup appointments: We ask that you please provide 24 hours cancellation notice, as we frequently have a waitlist with other clients wanting to get in. We do understand that things come up periodically. However, more than one missed appointment or late cancellation in a year period will be charged for the missed service.

-Microblading & PMU: A $50 deposit is required to book all initial Microblading or Permanent Eyeliner appointments. If you are determined not to be a candidate, your deposit will be refunded. The deposit may be refunded or transferred if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled with a minimum of 48 HOURS NOTICE. Late cancellation deposits will be forfeited, no exceptions. If a client No-Shows a Microblading or Permanent Makeup Appointment, they must prepay for the service in full to rebook. Due to safety and sanitation regulations NO CHILDREN OR PETS, NO EXCEPTIONS during permanent makeup appointments; you will be rescheduled and forfeit your deposit.

What is the Children Policy?
In order to maintain our spa environment, and respect other clients receiving services, we ask other arrangements be made for infants and small children during your appointment time.

Due to safety and sanitation regulations NO CHILDREN OR PETS, NO EXCEPTIONS during permanent makeup appointments. You will be rescheduled and forfeit your deposit.

I walked in, where do I go?
Please arrive on time and have a seat in the chairs OUTSIDE the sliding door. Please do not knock or try to open the door, as the client before you could be enjoying a facial or undressed for a waxing treatment.

How long does my hair need to be for waxing?
Please make sure that you have at least 3-4 full weeks of growth prior to your waxing appointment. You will need at least 1/4 inch - 1/2 inch of growth. For bikini or Brazilian waxes, you will need to trim anything over 1/2 inch so that the hair growth is in that range.

Can I wear eye makeup/mascara that day?

We ask that you please wear NO mascara or eye makeup the day of a lash tint, lash lifting perm, or lash extension service. Lashes must be *cleansed and rinsed with water* before arriving for your appointment. For brow and skincare services you may wear normal makeup that day.
